We started serving fresh and homemade dishes in Sauble Beach, Ontario in August 2018, but our chef, Laszlo Gloszauer, developed his passion for cooking at a very young age. He landed his first cooking job at 16, and has been working in the kitchen ever since.

 

In 2013, he worked as a specialty chef at Nature’s Emporium in Newmarket. Laszlo's last two years there were spent as the head chef until he opened the Bistro in 2018. From this time on we have been operating successfully as an artisan style

Pizzeria until the end of 2025.

In 2026 We opened Laszlo's Authentic Hungarian Kitchen and are happy to serve the community and visitors with something unique to this area.
