The Story of Laszlo’s Bistro
We started serving fresh and homemade dishes in Sauble Beach, Ontario in August 2018, but our chef, Laszlo Gloszauer, developed his passion for cooking at a very young age. He landed his first cooking job at 16, and has been working in the kitchen ever since.
In 2013, he worked as a specialty chef at Nature’s Emporium in Newmarket. Laszlo's last two years there were spent as the head chef until he opened the Bistro in 2018.
